Shipping Policy

Please contact Luyanda Kosmetics directly if you would like to place an order but your physical address falls outside of our standard shipping scope.

Shipping of all orders will take place only once proof of payment has been received. If proof of payment is not provided, Luyanda Kosmetics will wait until funds are visible in our account before dispatching the order.

Once payment is confirmed, orders will be shipped within 5–7 business days, unless otherwise stated (e.g. pre-orders).

Where applicable, shipping costs are payable by the customer.
